Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it contact suppliers automatically?

No. WebRun posts an internal Slack list for your team to act on. Contacting a supplier is always a human call. The alert tells you exactly which orders need chasing and which jobs they affect.

How does it know which orders are urgent?

It compares the order date and the job's next scheduled fabrication stage in Moraware. Orders that are older than 3 days or tied to a fabrication within 5 days are flagged at the top of the list.

What if an order was received but not marked in Moraware?

WebRun relies on the status in Moraware Systemize. If a delivery was not logged as received there, the order will still appear on the follow-up list. Keeping Moraware updated ensures the list stays accurate.
