Automated ConvertKit Form Conversion Alerts
Every Monday, WebRun opens ConvertKit, reads new subscribers and conversion rate for every form and landing page, compares each against the weeks before, posts the ones that fell off to Slack, and texts you through Twilio when a form stops converting altogether.
How do I find out which sign-up form stopped converting?
Every Monday, WebRun opens ConvertKit, reads the subscriber count and conversion rate for every form and landing page, and compares them against the previous weeks. It posts the ones that have gone quiet to Slack and texts you through Twilio when a form stops converting entirely.
- A broken embed is caught in days, not months of lost subscribers
- Every form is judged against its own average, not a vague target
- Forms at zero trigger a text the same morning

What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.
-
WebRun signs in and gets to work
Opens
app.convertkit.comin a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys. -
1
ConvertKit - read form and page conversion
WebRun opens ConvertKit to read form and page conversion. - Open ConvertKit and list every form and landing page that is still live
- Capture last week's new subscribers, visitors and conversion rate for each
- Compare against the four weeks before to get the trend, not a single week of noise
- Note the tags each form applies so you can see which segment stopped growing
Done when Every live form and landing page has a weekly number and a trend.
-
2
Slack - post what fell off
WebRun opens Slack to post what fell off. - Post the forms and landing pages whose conversion fell against their own average, biggest drop first
- Show subscribers last week, the four week average and the percentage change
- Call out any form that took zero subscribers, since that usually means a broken embed
Done when The marketing channel has this week's drop list with the numbers behind it.
-
3
Twilio - text the forms at zero
WebRun opens Twilio to text the forms at zero. - Text the internal numbers on your approved list only when a form has gone to zero subscribers
- Name the form and the page it sits on so the embed can be checked immediately
- Send nothing to a subscriber. Any message addressed outside your team is left as a draft for approval
Done when A dead form reaches you by text the same morning.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email or text my subscribers?
No. Nothing goes to a subscriber. The Slack post is internal, and the Twilio text goes only to the team numbers on your approved list. Anything addressed outside the team is drafted for your approval.
Will it change my forms?
No. WebRun reads the numbers in ConvertKit and reports them. It never edits a form, unpublishes a landing page, or changes a tag, so nothing on your site changes without you.
How does it tell a real drop from a slow week?
It compares last week against that form's own four week average rather than a fixed target, so a seasonal dip across every form does not get reported as a broken one.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
