In short

How do I automatically notify consignors when their payout is ready?

Every morning, WebRun checks SimpleConsign for consignors whose balance has reached your payout threshold, drafts a personalized payout-ready email for each in Gmail, and posts a Slack summary for staff review. No email is sent until a team member approves it, keeping consignor communications accurate and on-brand.

  • Every qualifying consignor gets a timely, personalized payout notice
  • Staff spend minutes approving drafts instead of writing emails from scratch
  • No payout notice goes out without a human review

Built for consignment shop owners · resale store managers · thrift and secondhand retailers

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it send payout emails to consignors automatically?

No. WebRun drafts each notice in Gmail and leaves it unsent. A staff member reviews and sends every email, so no consignor is contacted without human approval.

How does it know which consignors are ready for a payout?

It reads your live SimpleConsign balances each morning and compares them against the threshold you configure, so only consignors who have genuinely earned a payout are queued.

What if a consignor was already paid this cycle?

WebRun checks the current balance in SimpleConsign on every run, so consignors whose balances have already been cleared are skipped automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
