Automated Coinbase Transaction Reconciliation

Every Monday, WebRun opens Coinbase, reads the past week's transaction history, reconciles each buy, sell, deposit, and transfer into an Airtable ledger, and posts a short Notion note flagging any transaction that does not match a known category, so your records stay tax-ready without manual entry.

In short

How do I reconcile my Coinbase transactions into a clean ledger automatically?

WebRun reads your Coinbase transaction history every Monday and reconciles each buy, sell, deposit, and transfer into an Airtable ledger, matching transfers between your own wallets automatically. Anything it cannot confidently categorize gets written up in a short Notion note for you to review, so your records stay clean and tax-ready without manual data entry.

  • Your Coinbase ledger stays current every week without manual CSV exports
  • Transfers between your own wallets net out automatically instead of looking like income
  • Only genuinely unmatched transactions reach you, so review time stays short

Questions, answered

Can WebRun buy, sell, or send crypto from my Coinbase account?

No. WebRun only reads your transaction history and reconciles it. It never places a trade, never initiates a transfer, and never moves funds or assets.

How does it decide a transaction is unmatched?

It tries to pair transfers between your own known wallets and categorize trades and rewards automatically. Anything it cannot confidently categorize is flagged, not guessed at.

Is this a substitute for tax software?

No. It keeps a clean, categorized ledger you or your accountant can use, but it does not calculate cost basis or file anything on your behalf.

Put this on autopilot.
