Questions, answered
Can WebRun buy, sell, or send crypto from my Coinbase account?
No. WebRun only reads your transaction history and reconciles it. It never places a trade, never initiates a transfer, and never moves funds or assets.
How does it decide a transaction is unmatched?
It tries to pair transfers between your own known wallets and categorize trades and rewards automatically. Anything it cannot confidently categorize is flagged, not guessed at.
Is this a substitute for tax software?
No. It keeps a clean, categorized ledger you or your accountant can use, but it does not calculate cost basis or file anything on your behalf.
