No. WebRun only reads your team's existing collection. Creating or editing a pen is always done by a person.
How does it decide a pen is trending?
It compares each pen's view and heart counts against the collection's usual range. Only counts well above that range trigger the text.
Do I get a text every day?
No. The Telegram digest posts daily, but the Twilio text only goes out on days a pen is actually trending.
