Recover failed payments instead of losing the customer
Every morning, WebRun signs into ClickFunnels, finds the subscriptions and orders whose payment failed, captures the customer, the product, and the amount, writes a drafted card update message per customer into Notion for approval, and texts you the day's recovery list.

How do I recover subscription payments that failed?
Every morning WebRun signs into ClickFunnels, finds the subscriptions and orders whose payment failed, and pulls the customer, the product, and the amount for each. It writes a drafted card update message per customer into Notion for approval and texts you the day's recovery list through Twilio.
- A declined card stops ending the subscription by default
- Every failed payment arrives with a drafted message ready to approve
- You see the total revenue at risk before the day starts

Questions, answered
Will it message customers about their card?
No. Every message is drafted in Notion and left unsent. You read each one, decide whether it goes out, and send it yourself, so no customer gets an automated dunning message from WebRun.
Does it retry the failed charge?
No. Retrying a card moves money, so WebRun never triggers a charge. It reports which payments failed and how many attempts have already happened, and you decide what to retry in ClickFunnels.
What if the customer already fixed their card?
It reads the live subscription and order status each morning, so anyone whose payment has since gone through drops off the list and never receives a chase.
