Automated Circle Unanswered Post Alerts
Twice a day, WebRun signs in to Circle, walks the spaces you moderate for posts and comments with no reply, works out how long each has waited, posts the ageing list to your moderator Telegram group, and texts the on-call moderator through Twilio when anything passes your response promise.
How do I make sure every community post gets a reply?
WebRun watches your Circle community twice a day for member posts nobody answered. It records how long each has waited, posts the ageing queue to your moderator Telegram group with new-member first posts marked, and texts the on-call moderator through Twilio when a post passes your response promise.
- Unanswered posts are surfaced twice a day rather than at week's end
- A new member's first post is prioritised over everything else
- Moderators get a text only when a post actually breaches the promise
Built for community managers · course creators · membership businesses · moderator teams

How is each run configured?
Secure by default

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reply to members in the community?
No. WebRun never posts, comments, likes, or direct-messages inside Circle. It reads which posts are waiting and routes them to your moderators, so every member reply is written by a person.
Who receives the text alert?
Only the on-call moderator numbers you approve during setup. WebRun never texts a community member and never uses a phone number found on a member profile.
Does it hide, delete, or moderate any post?
No. It has no ability to remove content, ban a member, or change a space setting. The only outputs are an internal Telegram list and an internal text.
Put this on autopilot.
