Automated Chaser Invoice Chase Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens Chaser, reads yesterday's chase activity across every campaign, invoices that moved to the next reminder stage, replies received, and promises to pay logged, and posts a digest to Slack. Any invoice whose chase sequence has run out with no payment gets flagged in Telegram for a personal follow up.

In short

How do I know when a Chaser chase sequence needs a human follow up?

WebRun reads your Chaser chase campaigns every morning, invoices that moved to the next reminder stage, replies received, and promises to pay, and posts a digest to Slack for the credit controller. Any invoice whose automated chase sequence has run out unpaid gets flagged in Telegram, so it reaches a human follow up.

  • Yesterday's chase activity is one Slack scroll instead of a Chaser login
  • Exhausted chase sequences get a same day human flag instead of going quiet
  • Promises to pay surface in the digest so nobody forgets to check them

Questions, answered

Does WebRun send its own chase reminders?

No. Chaser already sends the automated reminders. WebRun only reads what happened and summarizes it, it never emails a customer on its own.

What happens when a chase sequence runs out?

It gets flagged in Telegram with the customer, amount, and days overdue, so a person can make the call Chaser cannot make for you.

Will it change anything inside Chaser?

No. It only reads campaign activity. Pausing a sequence or adding a customer to a new one stays a decision you make in Chaser.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
