Automated Solventum Query Escalations
Every morning, WebRun opens Solventum 360 Encompass, finds physician queries that passed their response window with no answer, logs each one to an escalation register in Google Sheets with the physician, account number, and days outstanding, and posts a Teams alert to your CDI physician advisor so overdue queries get a second touch.
How do I escalate CDI queries that physicians never answered?
WebRun opens Solventum 360 Encompass each morning, finds physician queries that passed their response window with no answer, and logs every one to a Google Sheets escalation register with the account number, physician, and days outstanding. It then alerts your CDI physician advisor in Teams, so overdue queries get a same day second touch instead of sitting unresolved.
- No unanswered query sits past 48 hours without a physician advisor alert
- The escalation register stays current from live Solventum status every morning
- Physician advisors open Teams to a same day list instead of a stale report
Built for CDI physician advisors · CDI directors · HIM departments · hospital coding teams

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it contact the physician again on its own?
No. WebRun only logs the overdue query and alerts your CDI physician advisor internally. Any follow up with the physician is a human decision, made by the advisor, not an automatic message from WebRun.
How long does a query have to be unanswered before it escalates?
By default, a query escalates once it passes 48 hours with no physician response. That threshold can be adjusted in your run settings to match your hospital's query policy.
What if the physician answers right after the run?
The next morning's run rereads the live query status in Solventum, so any query answered since the last check is marked resolved in the register instead of escalated again.
