Does it contact physicians with low response rates directly?
No. The scorecard is an internal Google Sheet for your CDI team to review. Any follow up with a specific physician is a conversation your CDI director or physician advisor chooses to have.
Does a low score include queries still within their response window?
No. Queries still inside their response window count as pending, not unanswered. Only queries the window has actually closed on count against a physician's response rate.
How far back does each week's scorecard look?
It rebuilds from the trailing 7 days of query activity in Solventum every Monday, so the scorecard always reflects last week's activity rather than accumulating indefinitely.
