Automated Solventum Query Agreement Reports

On the first Monday of each month, WebRun opens Solventum 360 Encompass, pulls the past month's query outcomes for every physician, updates a per-physician agreement rate tracker in Google Sheets showing agreed, disagreed, and no response counts, and emails your CDI director an internal summary report.

In short

How do I report physician agreement rates on CDI queries each month?

WebRun pulls the past month's physician query outcomes from Solventum 360 Encompass, updates a per-physician agreement rate tracker in Google Sheets showing agreed, disagreed, and no response counts, and emails your CDI director an internal monthly report highlighting the lowest agreement rates, so program monitoring happens automatically instead of a manual month end export.

  • The CDI director gets a monthly report without a manual export from Solventum
  • Agreement rate drops surface automatically instead of waiting for a quarterly review
  • Every physician's rate is measured the same way, from the same recorded outcomes

Questions, answered

Who receives the agreement rate report?

Only your CDI director, by internal email. It is not shared with physicians or anyone outside your CDI department, since its purpose is internal program monitoring, not individual physician scoring made public.

Does a low agreement rate mean the physician is wrong?

No. It only measures how often a physician agreed with a query, disagreed, or didn't respond. A low rate is a prompt for the CDI director to review query quality and physician engagement, not a judgment on clinical accuracy.

How does it define an agreed query versus a disagreed one?

It reads the outcome already recorded on each closed query in Solventum 360 Encompass, agreed, disagreed, or no response, so the classification matches what your CDI team already documented, not a separate calculation.
