Automatic Carrd Site Health Monitoring

Every morning, WebRun opens Carrd, lists your published sites and their custom domains, visits each live URL to confirm it loads, follows the links and checks the form is present, logs the health of every site in Notion, and texts you the moment one fails.

In short

How do I check my Carrd landing pages are still working every day?

WebRun checks your published Carrd sites every morning. It lists each site and custom domain, visits the live URL to confirm it loads, follows the links, and checks the form is still there. Results are logged in Notion and Twilio texts you the moment something fails, so ad spend never points at a dead page.

  • A down landing page is known the same morning, not from a complaint
  • Broken links are named per site instead of hunted manually
  • Every site's history is kept, so flaky domains stand out

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens carrd.co in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Carrd - list published sites and domains
    carrd.co
WebRun in Carrd: list published sites and domains

    • Record the published URL and any custom domain attached to it
    • Visit each live URL and confirm the page loads on the domain it should
    • Follow the links on the page and note any that fail or redirect somewhere unexpected
    • Check the form is still present on pages that are meant to have one

Done when Every published site has a pass or fail with a reason.

  3. 2
Notion - log each site's health
    notion.so
WebRun in Notion: log each site's health
WebRun opens Notion to log each site's health.
    • Write today's result for every site into your Notion database, one row per site
    • Record the load result, the broken links found, and whether the form was present
    • Keep the history so a site that fails intermittently is visible
    • Put failing sites in a view of their own

Done when Today's health check is recorded for every site in Notion.

  4. 3
Twilio - text you when a site fails
    twilio.com
WebRun in Twilio: text you when a site fails
WebRun opens Twilio to text you when a site fails.
    • Text you as soon as a site fails to load or a link is broken
    • Name the site, the domain, and what exactly failed
    • Send only to your own number, and stay quiet on a morning when everything passes

Done when You have been texted about every failure found today.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it change or republish my sites?

No. WebRun only reads your site list and visits the live pages as a visitor would. It never edits content, changes a domain, unpublishes, or republishes anything.

Does it submit my forms to test them?

No. It confirms the form is present and reachable on the page. It never submits a test entry, so your submission list stays clean.

Will it text me every morning?

Only when something fails. A clean run stays silent and is still logged in Notion, so the text always means a site actually needs your attention.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
