Does it reject anyone automatically?
No. Applicants who miss a must-have are set aside for a human second look, never declined. WebRun does not change an application status or send a rejection.
What if the recruiter's calendar fills up?
WebRun only holds slots in windows that are genuinely free and keeps the hold tentative. Any hold still unconfirmed after 48 hours is released so the diary does not clog up.
