Automated Campaign Monitor Results Export
Every Monday, WebRun opens Campaign Monitor, reads the opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes for every campaign sent in the last seven days, writes one row per campaign into an Airtable results table, and publishes a short Notion readout comparing this week against your running average.
How do I track Campaign Monitor results in a spreadsheet every week?
WebRun opens Campaign Monitor every Monday and reads the opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes from every campaign you sent in the last seven days. It logs one row per campaign in Airtable and writes a Notion readout against your running average, so email performance is tracked without a manual export.
- Every send is logged in Airtable without a manual export
- Open and click rates are compared to your running average each week
- Bounce and unsubscribe spikes get flagged the Monday after they happen

Secure by default

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send or schedule campaigns?
No. WebRun only reads results from campaigns you already sent. It never sends, schedules, edits, or deletes a campaign in Campaign Monitor, and it never touches your subscriber lists.
Where does the data end up?
In your own Airtable base and your own Notion workspace. One Airtable row per campaign with every metric, plus a Notion page summarising the week. Nothing is stored anywhere else.
What if a campaign was already logged?
It checks the Airtable table before writing, so a campaign that appeared in a previous run is skipped rather than duplicated. Late-arriving open and click data updates the existing row.
