Block unvaccinated check-ins
Every morning, WebRun opens PetExec, reviews upcoming reservations, and checks each pet's vaccination records for expiry or missing documents. Non-compliant check-ins are flagged in a Google Sheets compliance log and a Slack alert goes to the front desk to resolve them before arrival.

How do I automatically flag unvaccinated dogs before boarding check-in?
Every morning, WebRun reviews upcoming PetExec reservations and checks each pet's vaccination records for expired or missing Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP. Non-compliant check-ins are logged in Google Sheets and flagged in a Slack alert so your front desk can resolve them before the dog arrives.
- Non-compliant dogs are flagged before they arrive, not at the door
- Staff have a complete compliance log to resolve gaps the same morning
- Vaccination checks run automatically every day without manual review

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it contact owners about missing vaccinations automatically?
No. WebRun flags non-compliant reservations internally to your front-desk Slack channel and the Google Sheets log. Staff decide how and when to contact the owner.
Which vaccinations does it check?
By default it checks Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP expiry dates against PetExec records. You can specify your facility's required vaccines when setting up the workflow.
What if a vaccination record is uploaded after the flag?
WebRun reads live PetExec data each morning. Once the record is updated in PetExec, that pet will no longer appear in the compliance flag the next run.
