Will it email owners without my staff reviewing the draft first?
No. Every report card is saved as an unsent Gmail draft. Staff see the queue in Slack, review each one, and choose when to send. Nothing goes to an owner automatically.
What information does each report card include?
Each draft covers the dog's meals, exercise, mood, and any notable moments from the day, drawn from the notes logged in PetExec. Staff can add photos or edit the copy before sending.
What if a dog has no notes logged for the day?
WebRun flags any boarding guest with no daily notes in the Slack queue so staff know to log activity in PetExec before the draft can be completed.
