Automated Daycare Package Renewals
Every morning, WebRun opens PetExec, finds daycare package accounts with 2 or fewer sessions remaining, drafts a renewal payment link in Stripe for each, and posts the list to Slack for staff to review and reach out to the owner before the package runs out.
How do I automatically track and renew low daycare packages?
Every morning, WebRun scans PetExec for daycare package accounts with 2 or fewer sessions remaining, drafts a Stripe renewal payment link for each, and posts the list to Slack so staff can reach out proactively. No charge or payment link is sent until a team member contacts the owner and confirms.
- Low package balances are caught days before they run out
- Staff have renewal links ready before making owner calls
- No payment is sent until a staff member confirms with the owner

Questions, answered
Will it charge owners or send payment links automatically?
No. WebRun drafts the Stripe renewal link and posts it to Slack for staff review. The link is never sent to an owner until a staff member reaches out and chooses to share it.
At what threshold does it flag a package as low?
The default threshold is 2 sessions remaining. You can adjust this number during setup to match your facility's preferred outreach timing, for example 3 sessions or 1 week before expiry.
What if an owner already renewed before the morning run?
WebRun reads live PetExec data each morning, so any account topped up overnight will not appear in the day's renewal list.
