No. WebRun only reads public floor price and bid data and alerts you to it. It never accepts a bid, never lists an NFT for sale, and never moves any asset out of your wallet.
What counts as a real floor price move?
A change of more than 10% since the last hourly check by default, which can be tightened for more sensitive collections or loosened for ones you watch more casually.
Does it tell me about bids on collections I do not own, or only my own NFTs?
Both, but differently. Overall collection bids and floor moves come through Telegram, while a bid on an NFT you actually own gets the extra backup text as well.
