Automated Blockchain.com Transaction Alerts

Every hour, WebRun signs in to your Blockchain.com wallet, looks for transactions that arrived or left since the last run, filters them to the ones above the size you care about, posts each with its amount and confirmation count to Slack, and texts you through Twilio when something crosses your high-value line.

In short

How do I get alerted about large transactions in my crypto wallet?

WebRun signs in to Blockchain.com every hour and checks your wallet for transactions since the last run. It posts anything above your threshold to Slack with the amount, direction, and confirmations, and texts you through Twilio when a movement is unusually large, so nothing significant goes unnoticed.

  • Large movements are known within the hour, not the next statement
  • Small routine transactions never trigger a text
  • The finance channel holds a running record of wallet activity

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.blockchain.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1

    • Collect every incoming and outgoing transaction since the last run
    • Record the amount, the direction, the confirmation count, and the timestamp
    • Set aside anything below the threshold you chose during setup
    • Note the resulting balance after the new activity

Done when Every new transaction since the last run is captured with its amount and confirmations.

  3. 2
Slack - post the ones above threshold
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: post the ones above threshold
WebRun opens Slack to post the ones above threshold.
    • Post each qualifying transaction to your finance channel in Slack
    • Show the direction, the amount, the confirmations, and the running balance
    • Group several transactions from the same hour into one message
    • Say nothing when the hour was quiet

Done when Every above-threshold transaction is in the Slack channel with its details.

  4. 3
Twilio - text you about unusually large moves
    twilio.com
WebRun in Twilio: text you about unusually large moves
WebRun opens Twilio to text you about unusually large moves.
    • Draft a short text naming the direction, the amount, and the time
    • Send it to your own number only when a transaction crosses your high-value line
    • Leave any message intended for a counterparty as a draft for you to approve
    • Keep the text free of wallet addresses and account identifiers

Done when You are texted only about genuinely large movements.

Questions, answered

Can it move funds or make a trade?

No. WebRun only reads your transaction history and balance. It never sends crypto, never swaps, never withdraws, and never places a trade. Every movement of funds stays with you.

Does the alert expose my wallet address?

No. The Slack post and the Twilio text carry the amount, the direction, the confirmation count, and the time. Addresses and account identifiers are left out of both channels.

Will I be pinged for every small transaction?

No. You set a threshold during setup. Anything below it is ignored, the Slack post covers the rest, and the text is reserved for the higher line you define for genuinely large moves.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
