In short

How do I get an instant alert when a buyer submits an offer on BizBuySell?

WebRun checks BizBuySell every hour for a new offer or letter of intent, stages a prefilled response envelope in DocuSign without sending it, and posts an instant Slack alert naming the listing, buyer, and offer price. Nothing goes out for signature on its own, so you approve and send every response yourself.

  • You hear about a new offer within the hour, not at end of day
  • A response envelope is staged and ready, never sent without your approval
  • Brokers respond while the buyer is still engaged, not days later

Questions, answered

Will it send a response to the buyer or seller?

No. WebRun only stages an unsent DocuSign envelope and alerts your team. Sending anything for signature is a decision and an action you make yourself.

What counts as an offer?

Any letter of intent or purchase offer submitted through BizBuySell on an active listing. Verbal offers or ones made outside the platform aren't captured unless you log them yourself.

How fast is the alert after an offer comes in?

Within the hour, by default. You can set it to check every few minutes if you want to know the moment a strong offer lands.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
