Automated CIM Clearance Tracking
Every morning, WebRun opens BizBuySell to find buyers who inquired about a listing, checks DocuSign to see whose NDA is fully signed, and updates a Google Sheets tracker showing who is cleared for the CIM, pending, or already sent.
How do I track which buyers are cleared to receive the CIM?
WebRun checks BizBuySell inquiries against DocuSign every morning to see whose NDA is fully signed, then updates a Google Sheets tracker marking each buyer as cleared for the CIM, pending a signature, or already sent. It never sends the CIM itself, so confidential financials only go out when you decide to send them.
- Every buyer's CIM clearance status stays current each morning without manual cross-checking
- No confidential financial detail goes out before a full signature
- Brokers see who's next to receive the CIM at a glance

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it send the CIM itself?
No. WebRun only tracks who is cleared to receive it based on a fully signed NDA. Sending the actual CIM stays a manual step you control, so confidential financials never go out on their own.
What if a buyer signs the NDA outside DocuSign?
Tell WebRun during setup and it will also check that source. By default it reads live envelope status from DocuSign each morning.
How do I mark a CIM as sent?
Update the status column in the tracker sheet yourself. WebRun reads that column on the next run so it won't flag someone as pending once you've marked them sent.
