Will it text new starters without asking me?
No. WebRun writes each reminder and queues it in Twilio unsent, so IT reads the list and releases it. The Teams summary is internal only and posts on its own.
Does WebRun read anything stored inside the vault?
No. It reads member and organization status only: invite state, group and collection membership, and whether two-step login is on. Vault item contents are never opened or copied.
Why does an unaccepted invite matter?
Because a starter with no working vault shares credentials another way, usually chat or email. Catching it in the first week keeps secrets inside Bitwarden instead of an inbox.
