Automated Bitpanda Transaction Logging

Every Monday, WebRun opens Bitpanda, reads the transactions posted since the last run, writes each buy, sell, deposit, and withdrawal into an Airtable ledger with date, asset, quantity, price, and fee, then keeps a Google Calendar hold ahead of each quarterly tax deadline so the paperwork is never a surprise.

In short

How do I keep a record of my crypto transactions for tax time?

WebRun reads your new Bitpanda transactions every Monday and writes each buy, sell, deposit, and withdrawal into an Airtable ledger with the date, asset, quantity, price, and fee. It also keeps a Google Calendar hold before each quarterly tax deadline, so your records are ready when your accountant asks.

  • A complete ledger without exporting files by hand each quarter
  • Every fee is recorded, so nothing is missed at tax time
  • The quarterly review is already in the calendar two weeks ahead

Questions, answered

Can it buy, sell, or move funds in my account?

No. WebRun only reads your transaction history. It cannot place an order, transfer an asset, or withdraw funds, and no trading action is ever part of this workflow.

Is this tax advice?

No. WebRun records what your account shows so your accountant has a clean ledger. It does not calculate a tax position, and it makes no recommendation about what to buy, hold, or sell.

How does it avoid duplicate rows?

It checks the Airtable ledger for each transaction before writing, so a transaction already recorded on an earlier run is skipped and your totals stay accurate.

Put this on autopilot.
