In short

How do I track Bitdefender subscription expiry dates and device slots?

WebRun opens your Bitdefender Central account every Monday, lists each subscription with its expiry date and how many device slots are in use, then writes the renewal picture into Airtable and files a dated sheet in Google Drive, so cover never lapses on a working laptop.

  • Renewals happen before cover lapses on a working device
  • Free device slots are known before a new laptop needs protecting
  • A dated licence record builds up in Google Drive week by week

Questions, answered

Will it renew or buy a subscription for me?

No. WebRun only reads your subscriptions and writes the renewal list into Airtable and Google Drive. Any purchase or renewal is left for you to complete yourself.

How far ahead does it warn me?

It flags anything expiring within the next 30 days by default, and you can widen or narrow that window. Every subscription is listed each week with its days remaining.

Does it tell me when I am out of device slots?

Yes. It counts installed devices against the slots each subscription carries, so a laptop that cannot be protected shows up before someone tries to install.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
