In short

How do I check that my recurring invoices actually went out?

WebRun checks your Billomat recurring invoice run every Monday. It lists the subscription invoices due this billing cycle, compares them against what actually went out, and posts any that are still unsent to Slack with the client and amount, then pings you on Telegram so unbilled revenue never goes unnoticed.

  • Missed recurring invoices are caught the same week, not next quarter
  • Unbilled revenue shows up in Slack with a client and an amount
  • Nothing is sent or finalized without a human pressing send

Built for small business owners · bookkeepers · agencies · subscription businesses

Questions, answered

Will it send the missing invoices for me?

No. WebRun only reads invoice status in Billomat and reports the gaps. Sending or finalizing an invoice stays a human decision, so nothing reaches a client without you pressing send.

How does it know an invoice was due this cycle?

It reads the recurring invoice schedule in Billomat, takes the cycle dates that fall in the current week, and checks each one against the invoice actually created for that client.

What happens on a week when everything went out?

You get a clean confirmation in Slack and no Telegram ping. The alert only fires when something is genuinely missing, so it stays worth reading.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
