Every Monday, WebRun signs in to Betterment, checks the documents area for newly published tax forms and statements across your accounts, records each one on a Trello card with its date and account, and posts the running checklist to Slack.

- Filing season starts with a complete folder, not a hunt
- Missing forms stay visible as open cards until they publish
- Nothing is ever bought, sold, or moved in the account

Questions, answered
Will it trade, transfer, or withdraw anything?
No. This run is read only inside Betterment. WebRun looks at the documents area, records what has been published, and never buys, sells, deposits, or moves money of any kind.
Does it send my tax documents to anyone?
No. The Trello board and the Slack post are internal to your workspace and list document names, accounts, and dates. Sending anything to an accountant is a step you take yourself.
How does it know a form is missing?
You tell it which forms you expect for the tax year. Each Monday it compares that list against what has actually been published and keeps a card open for anything still outstanding.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
