Automated Beacons Subscriber List Sync
Every morning, WebRun signs in to Beacons, reads the email subscribers collected since the last run, notes which link or sign up block brought each one in, adds them to your Notion working list without duplicating anyone, and texts you through Twilio how many joined and from where.
How do I get Beacons subscribers into my email list automatically?
WebRun signs in to Beacons every morning, reads the email subscribers who joined since the last run, and copies each one into your Notion working list with the date and the link they came from. It then texts you through Twilio how many signed up and which link brought them.
- New subscribers are in your working list the next morning
- Every record carries the link that brought them in
- A launch email can go out without exporting anything by hand
Built for creators · coaches · musicians · small online shops

WebRun signs in and gets to work
Opens
beacons.ai/loginin a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys. -
1
Beacons - read the new subscribers
WebRun opens Beacons to read the new subscribers. - Sign in to Beacons and open the email subscriber list
- Capture everyone who signed up since the last run with their email address and sign up date
- Note which sign up block or page link they came through, so the source travels with the record
- Leave the list in Beacons untouched. WebRun copies subscribers out and never deletes or edits one
Done when Every new subscriber is captured with their date and source.
-
2
Notion - add them to your working list
WebRun opens Notion to add them to your working list. - Open the subscriber database in Notion
- Add one row per new subscriber with the email, sign up date, and source link
- Check the email against the existing rows first, so someone who signed up twice stays one record
- Update the running count per source so you can see which link is actually converting
Done when The Notion list holds every new subscriber with no duplicates.
-
3
Twilio - text you the day's count
WebRun opens Twilio to text you the day's count. - Text your own saved number the count of new subscribers and the top source
- Add the running list total so growth is visible day to day
- Text only your own number. WebRun never messages a subscriber and never sends a broadcast
Done when You know this morning how many people signed up and where from.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email my subscribers?
No. WebRun copies subscribers into your Notion list and texts you the count. It never sends a broadcast, a welcome email, or any message to a subscriber, so your list is built without anyone being contacted.
What stops the same person being added twice?
Every run checks the email against the rows already in Notion. Someone who signs up again keeps one record with their original date, so the list stays clean enough to send from.
Does it change anything on my Beacons page?
No. It reads the subscriber list and the sign up sources only. Your page, links, and blocks are never edited, and no subscriber is removed from Beacons.
