Automated TazWorks Completed Report Delivery
Every hour, WebRun checks TazWorks for reports that finished QC, pulls the applicant and result summary, drafts the delivery email to the client contact in Gmail, and posts your team a Slack note so every finished report ships the same day.
How do I speed up delivering completed background check reports to clients?
WebRun checks TazWorks every hour for reports that have cleared QC, pulls the applicant and result summary, and drafts the client delivery email straight into Gmail. It leaves every draft unsent for your team's review and posts a Slack note flagging what is ready, so finished reports reach clients the same day, not days later.
- Completed reports get a delivery draft within the hour, not by end of day
- Every report is confirmed QC passed before it's drafted for delivery
- Client services always knows what's ready to send
Built for CRA operations teams · background screening companies · client services teams · screening coordinators

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email the client without review?
No. WebRun always leaves the delivery email as an unsent Gmail draft. A person on your team reviews and sends every report.
How does it know the report is actually ready?
It only picks up orders TazWorks has marked Complete with QC passed, so a report still under review never gets drafted for delivery early.
What happens to reports that fail QC?
They're skipped. Only reports that clear QC in TazWorks get a delivery draft, so nothing incomplete goes out.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
