Automated Axe Throwing Party Deposit Chaser
Every morning, WebRun opens ROLLER and looks for group event bookings scheduled within the next three days that still have an unpaid deposit, drafts a polite payment reminder in Gmail for each organizer with a payment link, and optionally flags whether a signed event agreement is also needed via DocuSign, leaving every draft for your team to review before sending.

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it charge the deposit or send the email automatically?
No. WebRun drafts the reminder email and leaves it for your team to review and send. It never charges a payment or contacts a customer without a human approving the action.
What if the organizer already paid after the draft was created?
Tell your team to verify payment status in ROLLER before sending any reminder draft. Future runs will also re-check deposit status and exclude organizers who have since paid.
Can it include a custom payment deadline in the reminder?
Yes. Tell WebRun your deposit policy, for example full payment required 48 hours before the event, and it will include that deadline in every reminder draft it creates.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
