How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email the guest automatically?
No. Every win-back email is saved as a Gmail draft and waits for your team to review and send it. No message goes to a guest without a human approving it first.
How does it identify an incomplete booking in ROLLER?
It looks for booking records with an initiated or incomplete status in ROLLER. If ROLLER does not capture partial bookings, this workflow can be adapted to use a separate cart-abandonment data source.
What if the guest completes their booking before the draft is sent?
Tell your team to check ROLLER before sending any win-back draft. If the guest has since booked, the draft should be discarded. Future runs will also exclude guests who have completed a booking.
