Automated AWeber Broadcast Reporting

Every Monday morning, WebRun opens AWeber, pulls the stats for every broadcast sent in the last seven days, compares open, click, unsubscribe and bounce rates against the four weeks before, posts a ranked scorecard to your marketing Slack channel, and leaves a tidy stakeholder summary waiting in Gmail drafts.

In short

How do I get a weekly report of my email campaign performance?

WebRun opens AWeber every Monday, pulls open, click, unsubscribe and bounce figures for every broadcast sent in the last seven days, and compares each against your trailing four-week average. It posts a ranked scorecard to Slack and leaves a plain-English stakeholder summary in Gmail drafts for you to send.

  • Monday starts with last week's numbers already summarised
  • Unsubscribe and bounce spikes are flagged against your normal band
  • Stakeholder updates go out as an edited draft, never unreviewed

Questions, answered

Will it send emails from my AWeber account?

No. WebRun only reads AWeber reports. It never sends, schedules, or edits a broadcast, and the stakeholder summary is left as an unsent Gmail draft for you to approve.

What counts as a bad week?

Any broadcast whose unsubscribe or bounce rate sits above your usual band gets flagged in the Slack post, with the four-week average shown next to it so the size of the gap is clear.

Can it cover more than one list?

Yes. Every broadcast sent in the last seven days is included and labelled with its list, so multi-list senders see each list's performance in the same scorecard.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
