Will it act on anything the scan found?
No. Removing or quarantining a file cannot be undone, so WebRun never touches a finding. It reports what each device is showing and a person decides what to do on the machine itself.
Does it start scans or change settings?
No. It reads the results already reported for each device on your account. Scan schedules, protection settings, and subscriptions are left exactly as you configured them.
What happens to findings nobody has dealt with?
They carry forward every week with the number of weeks they have been open, so an item flagged on a laptop last month keeps appearing at the top of the Teams post until it is resolved.
