Automated Auto Transport Delay Exception Alerts
Throughout the day, WebRun checks your in-transit loads in Super Dispatch and posts a Slack alert to your ops channel whenever a load's expected delivery date has slipped or a status update is overdue, so your team can intervene before the customer notices.
How do I get automatic alerts when a vehicle shipment is delayed or behind schedule?
WebRun checks your in-transit loads in Super Dispatch throughout the day, flags any load whose expected delivery date has slipped or whose status update is overdue, and posts a labeled alert to your Slack ops channel immediately, giving your team time to intervene before a delay becomes a complaint.
- Delivery exceptions surface in Slack within hours, not at end-of-day
- Slipped dates and missing status updates are classified separately for faster triage
- The same load does not flood Slack with repeated alerts
Built for auto transport dispatchers · vehicle shipping ops managers · car hauling customer service teams

Questions, answered
Will it automatically notify the customer when a delivery is delayed?
No. Alerts go only to your internal Slack ops channel. Any customer communication about a delay is drafted by your team before sending.
How often does it check for exceptions?
It runs every few hours during business hours by default. You can tighten the frequency to every hour or widen it to every half-day when you configure the workflow.
Will the same load generate repeated alerts?
No. It suppresses repeat alerts for a load within the same run cycle unless the exception worsens, such as the date slipping further, so your Slack channel stays signal-rich and not noisy.
