Automated Auth0 Login and Signup Reports
Every Monday, WebRun opens Auth0, totals last week's successful logins, new signups, and failed logins across each connection and application, compares them against the week before, posts a scorecard to Microsoft Teams, and sends the product owner the headline numbers on Telegram.
How do I track weekly signups and login failures across my authentication connections?
WebRun reads your Auth0 tenant reporting every Monday and totals last week's successful logins, new signups, and failed login rate for each connection and application, against the week before. It posts the scorecard to Microsoft Teams and sends the product owner the headline numbers on Telegram.
- A broken login connection shows as a number before it becomes tickets
- Signup growth is on record every Monday, not guessed at
- Failure rates are broken down by connection, not averaged away

What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.
-
WebRun signs in and gets to work
Opens
manage.auth0.com/loginin a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys. -
1
Auth0 - total last week's logins and signups
WebRun opens Auth0 to total last week's logins and signups. - Open Auth0 and set the tenant reporting range to the previous week
- Capture successful logins and new signups for the week, split by application
- Record failed logins and work out the failure rate for each connection
- Compare every number against the week before and note the direction of travel
- Flag any connection whose failure rate jumped sharply, since that usually means a broken configuration
- Read only. WebRun never edits a connection, an application, or a user
Done when Last week's logins, signups, and failure rates are recorded per connection and application.
-
2
Microsoft Teams - post the weekly scorecard
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to post the weekly scorecard. - Post the scorecard to your product channel with logins, signups, and failure rate side by side
- Show the week on week change next to each number so direction is obvious
- Break the failure rate down by connection and put the worst first
- Call out any connection whose failures rose while its logins fell, the usual shape of a broken login
Done when The team has last week's authentication scorecard in Teams.
-
3
Telegram - send the headline numbers
WebRun opens Telegram to send the headline numbers. - Send the product owner three numbers: signups, logins, and the overall failure rate
- Add one line naming the connection that moved most, up or down
- Keep it short enough to read on a phone before the Monday meeting
Done when The product owner has last week's headline numbers on Telegram.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it change anything in my Auth0 tenant?
No. WebRun reads tenant reporting only. It never edits a connection, an application, a rule, or a user record, and it never resets a password or unblocks an account.
How is this different from a suspicious login alert?
A suspicious login alert fires on one risky event. This is a weekly read of normal traffic, so a connection that quietly broke shows up as a falling login count before it shows up as support tickets.
Does it read individual user details?
No. It works from aggregate counts per connection and application. Individual user records are not opened, copied, or posted into Teams or Telegram.
