How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it respond to customers about their disputes?
No. WebRun only reads dispute data from Versapay and tracks it internally in Airtable and Slack. Any customer-facing response to a dispute is drafted separately for human review before sending.
How does it define an overdue dispute?
Any dispute open for more than 10 business days without a logged action in Airtable is flagged as overdue in the Slack digest. You can adjust this threshold to match your dispute SLA policy.
Can it assign disputes to specific team members?
Yes. Set up owner-assignment rules in Airtable by dispute reason or customer segment and WebRun will route each new dispute to the right owner automatically.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
