- For each app, open the App Store tab and capture the current version number and its status, such as Prepare for Submission, Waiting for Review, In Review, Pending Developer Release, or Ready for Distribution
- Open TestFlight and note the latest build, its processing state, and any build marked as expiring soon
- Open Ratings and Reviews and capture the current average rating, the total count, and the number of new reviews since yesterday
- Note any app whose version status has not moved for more than three days

Will it submit a build or release a version?
No. WebRun only reads App Store Connect. It never submits for review, never releases a pending version, and never replies to a review. Anything that changes your listing stays a human decision inside App Store Connect.
Where do the updates go?
Into your own Notion release board and a private Google Sheets history. Both are internal workspaces, so nothing about an unreleased version is posted anywhere public.
How does it flag a release that is stuck?
It compares today's version status with the previous runs it recorded. Any app sitting in the same status for more than three days is flagged on its Notion page, along with TestFlight builds approaching expiry.
