In short

How do I automatically generate parts reorder alerts for my appliance repair business?

WebRun opens RepairShopr each morning, checks stock levels for every tracked part, and identifies items that have fallen below your reorder threshold. It drafts a purchase order email to each supplier via Gmail and posts a low-stock alert to Slack for your team, so no PO is sent without a human review.

  • Low-stock parts trigger a draft PO before any job is delayed by missing components
  • Your team sees a ranked low-stock list in Slack every morning before the day begins
  • No purchase order is sent to a supplier without a human reviewing the quantities first

What does WebRun do on every run?

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Questions, answered

Will it send purchase orders to suppliers without my approval?

No. Every purchase order is drafted as a Gmail email and left for your team to review. Nothing is sent to a supplier until a human approves the quantities and sends the message.

Can we set different reorder thresholds for different parts?

Yes. Reorder thresholds are read from your RepairShopr inventory records, so you can set a custom threshold per part and WebRun will use them on every run.

What if the same part is low in stock but already on order from a previous PO?

WebRun captures the current stock level and notes the part in the Slack alert. Your team can check the outstanding order status before approving a new draft PO to avoid over-ordering.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
