Will it email breeders without me?
No. WebRun leaves each follow-up as an unsent draft in your Gmail. You review the wording and send it yourself, so no breeder is contacted on its own. You stay in control of every supplier relationship.
How does it know an order is late?
It compares each order's promised delivery date, read from MyApiary, against today and against the queens already received, and only lists an order as outstanding when the promised date has passed and the queens have not arrived.
What if the queens actually arrived but were not logged?
Then the order still shows as outstanding, because WebRun goes by the MyApiary records. Marking the queens as received in MyApiary drops the order off next week's list, keeping the follow-ups accurate.
