In short

How do I log my daily hive inspections to a spreadsheet automatically?

Every evening WebRun opens MyApiary, reads all of that day's hive inspections, and appends each one to a shared Google Sheet with the hive ID, apiary site, inspector, and observations. It then posts your team a short Telegram recap naming any queenless or weak hive, so the day's fieldwork is captured without hand typing.

  • Every inspection is captured in one sheet without re-typing field notes
  • The team sees which hives were checked in a nightly Telegram recap
  • Queenless and weak hives are named the same evening they are spotted

Questions, answered

Does it change anything in MyApiary?

No. WebRun only reads your inspection records in MyApiary. It writes to the Google Sheet and posts the Telegram recap, and never edits or deletes anything inside MyApiary itself.

What if the same hive was inspected twice in one day?

Both inspections are logged as separate rows with their timestamps, so a morning and an evening check on the same hive both appear. Nothing is silently merged or overwritten.

Can it handle several apiary sites at once?

Yes. It reads inspections across every apiary site in your MyApiary account and tags each row with its site, so a multi-site operation ends the day with one combined, sortable log.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
