Reorder feed before your apiary runs out

Every week, WebRun opens MyApiary, reads the feeding events and consumable usage logged across your apiary sites, updates a Google Sheet with how much syrup, fondant, and pollen substitute remains, and drafts a reorder email to your supplier for anything below its reorder point, leaving it unsent for you to review.

In short

How do I get an alert to reorder bee feed before it runs out?

Every week WebRun opens MyApiary, reads the feeding events and consumable usage across your sites, and updates a Google Sheet with the remaining syrup, fondant, and pollen stock. When any item falls below its reorder point, it drafts a supplier reorder email in Gmail and leaves it unsent for you to review, so you never run dry mid-season.

  • Low feed and consumables are flagged before a site runs out
  • Stock levels stay current without manual stocktakes
  • Reorder emails are drafted ready to send, never sent on their own

Questions, answered

Will it send the reorder to my supplier without me?

No. WebRun leaves the reorder as an unsent draft in your Gmail. You review the items and quantities and send it yourself, so nothing is ordered and no supplier is emailed on its own.

How does it know when stock is low?

It keeps a running on-hand quantity in the Google Sheet, subtracts each week's usage read from MyApiary, and compares the result to the reorder point you set per item, drafting an order only when something drops below it.

What if nothing needs reordering this week?

Then no draft is created. WebRun still updates the stock sheet with the latest usage and weeks-of-cover so you can see how things are trending, but it only drafts an email when an item is actually low.

Put this on autopilot.
