In short

How do I keep a weekly record of my Airship campaign performance?

WebRun opens Airship every Monday and reads every campaign and message sent in the past seven days. It appends one row per send to your Airtable performance base, then writes a dated Notion note naming the strongest and weakest performers with their numbers, so weekly reporting is done before you sit down.

  • Every send is logged in Airtable the week it goes out
  • Monday starts with a written read instead of a metrics hunt
  • Week over week comparisons come from a history that builds itself

Questions, answered

Can it send or schedule an Airship campaign?

No. WebRun only reads campaign results in Airship. It never creates, edits, schedules, or sends a message, and it never changes an audience or segment.

Will the same campaign get logged twice?

No. WebRun checks the Airtable base for sends it has already recorded and skips them, so a campaign that spans two weeks is only counted once.

What if a campaign is still in flight on Monday?

It is logged with its numbers so far and marked as in progress, then refreshed on the next run once the send has finished delivering.

Put this on autopilot.
