In short

How do I see which software subscriptions renew before they auto charge?

Every Monday WebRun opens Airbase, reads your recurring subscriptions, and lists everything renewing in the next 60 days with its amount, vendor and spend owner. It opens a decision row per renewal in Airtable and publishes the week's renewal page in Notion, so you cancel, renegotiate, or approve on purpose.

  • Renewals surface 60 days out, with time to cancel or renegotiate
  • Every renewal has a named owner and a recorded decision
  • Price increases show next to last year's figure instead of arriving as a surprise

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

    • Open a row per renewal with the vendor, the date, the amount, the owner and a decision field

    • Mark rows still undecided inside 14 days of the charge date

Done when Every upcoming renewal has a row waiting on a named decision.

  4. 3
Notion - publish the renewal page
    notion.so

    • Write this week's renewal page with the list sorted by charge date
    • Put the largest amounts and the biggest year-on-year increases at the top
    • Note that WebRun never cancels a subscription or freezes a card. Those stay with the owner

Done when The finance team has this week's renewal page in Notion.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it cancel or renew anything for me?

No. WebRun reads your subscriptions and writes the list down. Cancelling, renegotiating, freezing a card, or approving a renewal all stay with the owner.

Does it contact the vendors?

No. Nothing leaves your accounts. The renewal list only reaches your own Airtable base and Notion page, and any vendor email would be drafted for you to send.

How does it know a price went up?

It compares the upcoming amount with what the same vendor charged on the previous renewal, so increases are shown next to the new figure rather than found later.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
