Questions, answered
Does it contact growers to schedule the visit?
No. WebRun only blocks the route on the scout's own Google Calendar and sends the plan to the scout in Telegram. It never messages a grower to arrange or confirm a visit.
How does it decide the visit order?
It reads each due field's GPS location in FieldX, groups nearby fields, and orders them into an efficient drive route with overdue fields prioritized, so the scout covers more ground with less driving.
What if a field is not due yet?
It only routes fields due or overdue for scouting based on their FieldX schedule. Fields not yet due are left off today's route and picked up automatically when their interval comes.
