How do I set the alert levels?
You give WebRun a threshold per asset, for example alert when the USDC borrow APY goes above 6 percent. It compares the live figure to your number on every hourly run.
Will it flood Slack every hour?
No. It posts only when a rate actually crosses one of your levels. Quiet hours stay quiet, so an alert in the channel always means something moved.
