In short

How do I keep my email address book matching the people I actually email?

WebRun reads your 126 Mail folders every night to see who you actually correspond with, then compares that against your saved contacts and groups. It files proposed additions and bounced or dormant addresses in Notion and messages you a summary on WhatsApp, so a group send never bounces half its recipients.

  • Frequent correspondents stop being missing from the address book
  • Bounced and dormant addresses are listed before the next group send
  • Nothing is added or deleted without your approval

Questions, answered

Will it delete contacts on its own?

No. WebRun never deletes or edits a contact. Dead and dormant addresses are listed in a Notion cleanup table for you to action, so nothing leaves your address book without a person deciding.

Does it send any email?

No. It only reads your mail to see who you correspond with. It never composes, replies to, or forwards a message, and the only thing it writes is an internal Notion table.

How does it decide which group a contact belongs in?

It looks at the threads a person appears in and who else is on them, then suggests the group that matches. The suggestion sits in the review table until you accept it.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
