Will it extend or repost an ad by itself?
No. Extending a posting costs money, so WebRun stops at the reminder. It gives you the end date, the application count, and a calendar slot, and a recruiter makes the call in Xing.
How much notice do I get?
Ten days in the Teams list by default, and the calendar slot lands two days before the end date. Both windows are yours to change if your approval chain needs longer.
Does it tell me whether an ad was working?
Yes. Every line carries the applications received alongside the days left, so a role with almost no applicants shows up as one to rewrite rather than simply extend.
