Net Health Wound Photo Documentation Completeness Check

Every evening, WebRun opens Net Health WoundExpert, scans visits completed today for wound photo documentation completeness, identifies any visit records missing required photos, logs the gaps to a Google Sheets completeness tracker, and posts a Slack alert to your clinical team so documentation is completed before tomorrow's billing run.

In short

How can I automatically check wound care visits for missing photo documentation?

WebRun opens Net Health WoundExpert every evening, checks all wound care visits completed that day for required photo documentation, logs any gaps to a Google Sheets tracker grouped by clinician, and posts a Slack alert so your team can complete documentation before the next morning's billing run.

  • Documentation gaps surface the same evening, not at billing time
  • Clinicians get a named gap list in Slack before end of day
  • No patient identifiers or PHI appear in the Slack notification

Questions, answered

Does it upload or modify any wound photos itself?

No. WebRun only reads documentation status from Net Health WoundExpert and flags gaps. Adding or modifying wound photos in a patient record is a clinical action performed by the clinician, not by WebRun.

How many photos are required per visit?

You configure the minimum photo count during setup. The default is one wound photo per visit type, but you can raise the threshold for follow-up visits that require before-and-after documentation.

Does the Slack alert include patient names or wound images?

No. The Slack alert lists only the clinician and visit count. No patient identifiers or wound photos are shared in Slack, keeping all PHI within Net Health WoundExpert.
