Questions, answered

Does it include patient health details in the Slack message?

No. The digest includes appointment time, visit type, and clinician only. No protected health information such as diagnoses or wound details is included in the Slack post, keeping PHI within Net Health WoundExpert.

What if the schedule changes after the digest goes out?

WebRun reads the schedule at the configured posting time. If you want a midday refresh, you can set up a second run at noon to capture add-ons and cancellations since morning.

Can it post to different channels for different clinicians?

The default is a single wound care channel. If your team uses individual clinician channels, let us know during setup and we can route each clinician's list to their own Slack channel.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
