Net Health Automated Wound Care No-Show Report

Every evening, WebRun opens Net Health WoundExpert, identifies patients marked as no-show or cancelled without rescheduling for today's wound care appointments, logs them to a Google Sheets tracker with visit type and clinician, and posts a nightly summary to your Slack channel so the front desk can prioritize outreach in the morning.

In short

How do I automatically track wound care patient no-shows each day?

WebRun checks Net Health WoundExpert every evening for wound care patients who missed today's appointment, logs each no-show to Google Sheets with visit type and clinician, and posts a nightly Slack summary so your scheduling team can begin rescheduling first thing the next morning.

  • No-shows are captured the same evening, not discovered days later
  • Repeat no-show patients are flagged automatically for priority outreach
  • Scheduling team starts each morning with a ready rescheduling list

Questions, answered

Will it send a reminder or message to the patient who no-showed?

No. Patient-facing outreach is a draft-not-do action. WebRun only produces an internal Slack summary and a Google Sheets log. Your scheduling team reviews and initiates all patient contact.

How does it tell a no-show from a rescheduled appointment?

It reads the appointment status field in Net Health WoundExpert. Only statuses marked as no-show or cancelled without a replacement appointment on the same day are captured.

Can it flag patients who repeatedly miss wound care visits?

Yes. WebRun tallies prior no-shows from the Google Sheets log and highlights patients who have missed two or more appointments in the current month so your team can prioritize outreach.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
