Work your denied wound care claims before the appeal window closes

Every Monday, WebRun opens Net Health WoundExpert, reviews the claims queue for denied wound care claims, captures the denial reason, payer, amount, and estimated appeal deadline for each, logs them to an Airtable denied-claims tracker, and posts a prioritized Slack digest to your billing team so every appeal is worked before the window closes.

In short

How do I automatically track denied wound care claims and their appeal deadlines?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Net Health WoundExpert, identifies all denied wound care claims, logs each with denial reason, payer, and appeal deadline to Airtable, and posts a Slack worklist ranked by urgency so your billing team works the highest-risk appeals first and no claim misses its window.

  • Denied claims surface every Monday ranked by appeal deadline urgency
  • Appeals due this week are flagged automatically as urgent
  • Resolved and reversed claims drop off the worklist on the next run

Questions, answered

Will it submit the appeal to the payer automatically?

No. Filing an insurance appeal is a draft-not-do action. WebRun builds the worklist and surfaces the deadline urgency, but your billing team reviews each denial and submits the appeal manually.

How does it calculate the appeal deadline?

It uses the denial date from Net Health WoundExpert and applies a configurable payer-specific appeal window you set during setup. The default is 90 days from denial date if no payer rule is configured.

What happens when a denied claim is reversed or paid?

On the next Monday run WebRun reads the updated claim status from Net Health and marks the Airtable record as resolved, so it drops off the active worklist automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
